When you submit a project inquiry or contact us, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

When you submit the inquiry form, the website may include the selected website listing, landing-page URL, referring page, campaign parameters such as UTM source or campaign, a submission identifier, and the time consent was recorded. This information helps identify the request, prevent confusion, and understand which page or campaign led to the inquiry.

Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information required to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic events. Optional Vercel Analytics is loaded only after the visitor selects “Allow analytics” through the cookie-preference control.

Odd Lemons does not sell personal information. We do not intentionally share inquiry information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a business transaction, or to service providers supporting the purposes described above.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, client relationship, operational recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website and information involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive information should not be submitted through public forms.
