Search first
We study competitors, search results, services, geography, and customer intent before finalizing the site architecture. SEO is part of the plan—not a plugin added after launch.
Why Odd Lemons
Odd Lemons builds custom websites around search visibility, technical performance, design, and conversion. We do not claim a secret Google algorithm. We analyze what customers search for, what strong competitors and search results reveal, and what technical signals can be improved—then use that evidence to shape the build.
The Odd Lemons Visibility Engine
We study competitors, search results, services, geography, and customer intent before finalizing the site architecture. SEO is part of the plan—not a plugin added after launch.
We build with a modern Next.js stack and deliberately control scripts, assets, rendering, and page weight so speed and Core Web Vitals can be engineered instead of repaired later.
The layout, page hierarchy, navigation, calls to action, and responsive behavior are designed around the business and customer journey rather than a prebuilt theme.
Calls, forms, quotes, bookings, and other revenue actions influence the website from the first structure decision through analytics and ongoing improvement.
Technical difference
WordPress can be an excellent CMS. Our custom Next.js approach is a better fit when the goal is tighter control over rendering, JavaScript, page structure, performance, structured data, internal linking, and conversion behavior without relying on a large collection of third-party plugins.
Inspect the evidence
The best way to evaluate our design and development work is to inspect it. Review the project detail, open the live website, and compare the experience for yourself.
A local equipment rental website structured around available equipment, pickup information, rental questions, and availability requests.
A debris removal and hauling website focused on contractor needs, service areas, jobsite cleanup, and photo-based quote requests.
A nonprofit child-development website organized to help families understand programs, readiness goals, enrollment information, and contact options.
What success means
A successful small-business website should make the company easier to discover, easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to contact. That means design, mobile usability, technical performance, search foundations, local relevance, structured information, useful proof, and conversion measurement all matter together.
